with the 50% up front, as well as the other stipulations/requirements, I bet he doesn't get stiffed too often
if I understand it right, he's not counting on them to "send" a check, the custy authorizes an electronic transfer

he might not require a "normal" credit check in the sense of credit score and history, but is indeed making sure they "qualify" by verifying some financials

Hey Bob,
Burns is from my neck of the woods. From everything I've seen and heard about him he's a transplant from Arizona, (spoke with him briefly one day at a stop light) most of his marketing stuff is from Joe Polish, he's been in the business I think around 13 years. Seems to know is stuff and thinks outside the box.

I looked for his sign up but couldn't find it. What's his call name?
