So my new turbo has maybe 12 hours of use on it. When I was cleaning tile yesterday it started to leak water from inside the handle.

I have never had it over 1200 psi cold water. I only get heat to 600psi.

Is this a common problem with these? one would think that the quality would be a little better for the price.

Thanks

I am pretty sure beyond a shadow of a doubt, that if you call turbo force or even the distributor you bought it from they will resolve any issue you are having quickly.

Just give them a ring and they will fix you up in no time.

Sounds like either something is loose or you might of gotten a defective part on your tool.

Louis, did you finally get your machine from Soxpac, or did you give up and buy another one?

haven't heard anything from soxpac yet. Going to email him a few more times.
no package, no $$ & no proof of shipment

I'm going take the turbo apart Saturday and check it out. I've been slowed down by a broken little toe on memorial day. I have list of stuff to fix and maintenance.
