Nothing wrong with VLM on furniture with correct procedure, but if they left it looking worse, than they did a disservice to the customer.

Well, yipPee, they're going for the whole project!
@Jim Pemberton You want to take a trip out to California to hone your skills on that 30-ft sectional?
"Christmas Valley" is pretty fn awesome..But for the times and the needs my business has here, I’d enjoy it.
If I take a trip to see you though, I’d rather spend the time in Nevada....unless it’s Death Valley California.
I'll be sure to bring my full size grandy groomer to get it over with quicklyCongratulations on the project. I don’t mind upholstery at all, actually kind of enjoy it, but I don’t envy you on that sectional...
Good luck!
Just remember the 4 way brushing technique...
And you can use your fancy new stair tool to clean it...I'll be sure to bring my full size grandy groomer to get it over with quickly

We cleaned a pair of high end rugs for a client. The lady of the house was rather particular..... to put it mildly...If not for that damn rug its sitting on
