I don't think it is a problem at all. I am good friends with at least four different cleaners. (I am in a big market). We have referred business to each other. Jim and I are kind of the tile experts of the group and I will get phone calls asking for advice and I always answer them. Occasionally they don't want to take it on a refer it to me. Plenty of business out there and I don't mind helping out the good companies and they help me back.
