You’re thinking of east side Cleveland.... home of the housing voucher

what's funny is right next to it is Bratenahl
(highest per capita wealth in the Cleveland area burbs)

One of my larger accounts lived there.
First time I was there, it was shocking like someone drew a line across the road and went from 'hood to mansions, condos and manicured estates

’invisible line’ is right

we toured Columbia University back in 2015 when Mike was selecting college and the stark contrast not 3 blocks north from Alma Mater’s statue is striking

My Senior Granddaughter is getting all the letters for invites now. She is a scholar Pom girl
ranked number 1 in her 6 A school. She will be entering college as a Sophomore. She’s so smart, she knows all the invites are money generators😂 Already in at OU and set to hit the ground running, next year. Columbia and Cornell both told her she’d be a perfect fit😂
Um, NO

I dont believe that.

You may not work in the field you studied for but no doubt that education has helped make you a 2%r...

I agree. But, what we lose sight of sometimes is education is to jump start us out the gate, with whatever that might be. It starts careers, it don’t define or end careers.

I went to the 9th grade. I made sure my oldest daughter went to collage. She made twice as much as me her first year out in the real world . But now shes a lefty, liberal, blm, heading toward socialism activist. I'd rather be poor and wise than educated and stupid.
