How to Grow a Thriving Business, Brian Hanna of Hagopian Cleaners, Come learn what it takes to run a 75 year old, three rug sales and cleaning shops and a 25 truck service company from an experienced savoy business owner. When the top 25 seniority cleaners average over 18 years of service with Hagopian and their NEWEST crew leader has been with them since 2005, they must be doing something right. Brian will speak on how to keep employees happy long term as well as his history with smaller companies. Brian’s humble style and quick wit are sure to educate and entertain as he shares some of the lessons learned along with what he did wrong to get there.

A panel discussion from industry widget inventors Keith Studebaker, Lisa Greenglides Smith, Devastator Tom, Duk Guard David and Ergo Wand Dave Youkum. All five guests are at very different stages in their careers as inventors and all five are more than willing to share on what it took to get them to this point. Everyone has that great idea at some point in their life, these five actually did something with it. Date to be announced.
