I wouldn't use the Powerburst too high at PH 11.6 ready to use. Use the upholstery prespray you have it should do a fine job.

Upholstery can be unforgiving, you can screw up on carpet and correct it.

Upholstery you screw it up and it's difficult if not impossible to correct. Stay around 9-PH for synthetics and 7-PH or near neutral for natural fabrics.

Good luck!

Mix the O2 up , hot water, about 3-4oz/gal, make a spotting spray of 3-4oz in a trigger spray bottle,
spray it and agitate well with a soft brush
let it dwell for a few minutes
then rinse
anything that doesn't come off, hit it with the spotting spray, agitate, rinse

This sounds like a salvage situation. Prequalify that with the customer. If you have JJ start there. Add modifier IF NEEDED. If that don't work Hit it with the hammer. CTI prozyme would be the bomb ditty in a case like this. Use a rinse agent be it a fab set, or Judsons.

If it is synthetic and it passes a color fast test and it is trashed anyway, communicate and go for it.

Is this residential or commercial furniture? If it is residential I would be somewhat more cautious. I would still pull out all stops if she is really considering replacement, or recovering. Often they say that and don't really mean it in which the "do no harm" rule would come into play.
