I have been using FABPRO neutral heavy duty pre spray and soil remover for about 7years and my dist stopped carrying it.what in comparison is out there to this product.i really like the smell of this prod,it stays in the furniture for a few days and smells great.

I use to use heavy duty soil lifter from chemspec it left a strong fragrance for days also. I like Upholstery pre spray from prochem it smells great works better on microfiber also.

Prochem traffic lane cleaner works great also. safe and eliminatesthe need to switch chems back and forth from carpet to upholstery.

i do hit microjunk with the fabpro and an enzyme,uasually prochem powerburst.if it sits long enough the shit will peel rite off

For synthetic fabrics I like Steamway's Formula O. It has a nice mix of solvents that help break up oils and food spills.

I have been using Preface from Bane Clean for 20 years of so. Tried others but always came back to this one. It is the only thing we buy from them but really like it. And no odor to speak of.
