I think pros choice urine stain remover is the best iv use. Would i get same results with 20-30 vol peroxide with plastic over the saturated area. Any advice on this topic would be great ?

The fine folks over at Judson recently turned me on to thier recipe. 2oz. per gallon of quat alot and 4 oz. per gallon of o2 prespay. Saturate dwell and claw.

Tried it on some kitty wiz on one job and doggie wiz on another and I have to say it was very impressive.
