Mark Saiger
Mr Happy!
A job that presented itself for us a couple days ago. I first want to say when serious cases of urine happen, I am an advocate for replacing. But when circumstances don't allow for whatever reasons, we do our best to minimize the damage and make the place presentable and workable for the clients needs.
This is one variation of some urine treatment cleaning and applications. Also, I used 2 different types of Enzymes and will explain differences with the Harvard Pet Stainoff and our new Saiger's Code Red Sauce coming out.
Pet Stainoff contains bacterial spores that when exposed to organic material it starts to excrete enzymes that feed on a degrades the organic contamination. With bacteria it takes time to the job. You actually get a residual action that continues to work until it completely dries out.
Code Red enzyme is a protein enzyme that works immediately when activated and applied. It works faster but does not have residual affect like the bacteria
So the enzyme in Pet Stain can be heat sensitive and also other chemistry can slow down it's ability to work as efficient or even hurt it.
We apply at 4 to 1, with heat turned down (all in video) and Chemical injection off
Let dwell 30 minutes (or even longer) We will sometimes just extract at this point.
Our New to be out soon Code Red with oxy and Enzyme, the Enzyme is different....it is Protein based. Not as heat sensitive...and not effected by other chemistry....fast working for certain cleaning.
Anyway....just did this video to try and help out a little bit with these couple Harvard products and their enzyme so you will have a better chance to be successful using them.
Thanks for watching....best wishes on the Pee Whiz
