Urine on cotton rug tassles

Hi There

A client has urine stains on the cotton tassels of an oriental rug. The rest of the rug is not affected. Urine stains are recent.

Any suggestions for treatment appreciated.

I think that would taste nasty...how can you not taste it...it's urine for crying out loud. Just gross. ugh.
