Client had tenants get urine on the laminate, then apparently they applied bleach and also tried to sand it.
Does anyone know if this is salvageable or is it remove and replace.
The light colour is original colour. It discoloured to the dark brown. The white ringed spot is where they sanded/scrubbed.

I've had success using peroxide on "real wood" floors, that had issues just like that(not as bad).

Laminate is a photograph of wood between a plastic coating and particle board

Engineered is a veneer of thin wood on top of plywood

In a nut shell..

In WD work, if laminate gets wet, it needs to come out.

Replace
Clean subfloor
Seal w/ bin
install new floor

If it is laminate (wood photo over fiber board coated with plastic) definitiely replace the damaged sections and likely the entire floor.

It looks to me like it could be engineered wood. Engineered wood would allow you to replace the damaged planks. Some of the better quality engineered wood have a top layer thick enough to allow them to be sanded and refinished.
