UV urine inspection on polyester carpet

Has anyone else found that UV inspection does not really work on polyester carpet?
I can always use a moister meter, but that doesn’t work in the winter when humidity levels drop.

Nope.

Perhaps, Blame the uv light or the room not darkened instead of the carpet.

Yes,but after the clean.The only good thing about that crap is its ability to shed piss.
