vac hose that comes with PC truckmounts

I was always under the impression that the lighter blue vac hose that comes with prochem truckmounts was made by flexhaust, however I just got some gray supertruckmount hose and its so stiff its essentially unusable IMO, do they use something different, for prochem?? the stuff that came with my prochem works great, flexable and lasts a long time. so whats the difference

Some of the boxes had the Flexhaust labels still on them when we bought our units, but it's been a 5-6 since we last bought one.
