Cool upgrades.

Do you notice any vacuum difference or any engine sound changes since the upgrade?

On the wand, that 4 jet bar looks pretty low, are you getting any streaking, you can always raise it up a 1/2", a small change like that across 14" can be quite a bit when talking 110º jets. 012 flow right? How does it clean? Have you noticed the new jets throw less steam/humidity in the air?
You could probably slide the jet manifold back a bit more with the oval bolt slots, this would position it more in a 45º angle, might have to bend the mounting tab a little to pull it off, but more shear angle will allow higher pressure without fear of overwetting/underdrying.

That LP heater looks like a flame thrower, how is that jet type working out, does it heat the whole coil evenly? I'll bet it has wicked heat with the 012 flow wand.

yea eddie that thing has 5 ports...2 are used for the blower(that's why no just 1 4") 1 is for the relief and 2 are for the Y for the vac hose...

haven't noticed much machine noise difference though i need to fix the throttle control it keeps sliding back in...grah pisses me off

no streaking noticed yet..but i have only done commercial jobs since the addition...and that is firing with in 1/4-1/2" away from the glide..

we boobooed a little and made it to low for the spacer/check valves...that's why they aren't there.

when i throw the dual stage on it gets damn hot right quick...in fact it will vapor easily...and makes all kinds of volcanic eruption nosies...hahaha

and the vac has increased quiet a bit...i need another house to test it on...and after this week i will be pushing a little more, have had other things that have taken up the weeks time...

slide the manifold back all the way on the alum. bracket, and "flex" the stainless tabs a bit to bring the spray closer to the glide.
