anybody had any luck with val-pak?
pretty reasonable for the amount of homes covered
30000 for 1ooo bucks or so.

I used val pak 10 years ago and I hear they have changed a little.
Didn't do well for me.
Your prices have to be low and then they don't generate that much anyway.
If your prices are "too high" then no one calls.

They focus on volume I think...or at least they used to.

That is too high a price imo for that may homes. Should be less than half that especially for a new prospect to them.

after talking with Odie a while back I hopped on Val-Pak and built a real nice group of repeat customers who are no longer afraid to have their carpets cleaned regularly. They know it won't cost a fortune for shoddy work so they call more often

I KNOW it was a joke. Just trying to poke some fun at Greg...whose shoddy work and low prices I have to keep an eye on.
