Ok..... chevy astro van
My ac didn't feel very cold so I added a can of refrigerant. About 5 miles down the road my engine started hesitating and running rough. I let a lot of the refrigerant out in case I overfilled it. It still runs rough with ac on or off. It feels and sounds like my engine is about to blow up. Its blown up before so I know the feeling. Could I have just blown my engine up from overfilling the ac? If not its strange it happened after I did this. My new engine warranty ran out two weeks ago.

I can promise you that there is no way filling your ac can blow up your motor.

Could you have possibly knocked off a vacuum hose or wire?

If you used the gauge and read the directions, you could not have overfilled it.
Are you sure you hooked it up to the right fitting?

Maybe you just injected a bottle of refrigerant into your fuel rail.

Lol I didnt buy a gauge. I over filled my honda once and the motor ran funny lol. So I just thought it must have been a coincidence I guess the motor and the ac. My luck lately sucks

Your bad luck is a result of your bad decisions.
