My most vivid memory of that drag wand is when I did a convent. Yikes. I got wore out pretty fast and finding the sweet spot for no chatter was a bit tricky. It did cover a lot of sf quickly.
Those nuns will tell you when you've got the sweet spot.

Well i didn't get the response i hoped for this is what i came up with. I bought this broom holder from ace hardware and used 1¹/⁴ pipe hangers (got the idea from hydroforce) bought this 5 place broom hanger instead of single hangers because it was already painted white all together 22.00. I used 4 of the possible 5 2 for carpet rakes and 2 for tile brushes

I've tried those, but they don't hold the stuff well when going over bumps. So now I use the 3m strap/mounts.

we'll see, it's already installed i tried pulling the rakes out, it takes some effort, the springs are real strong. I did mount the track on the forward rib so i can if necessary mount those velco strap mounts on the back rib of the roof stringer, meanwhile i think the velcro strap mounts will come in handy in mounting the tile spinner to the roof. I ordered the hydramaster wand mount system, my thought is to use 1 of them to hold the spinner end of the sx15 and 2 of the velcro straps for the handles so thank you for the idea ill post pictures when i get it up there, also i intend to mount a gekko tile handle and a scrub wand somewhere in the van ill post the results thanks for the input and advice

Let me drive your van for 20 minutes. :) On the flip side, I have heavier things mounted like a tile spinner and a CV-15.

Those clips are only for my 2 carpet rakes and 2 tile brushes, would love to see how you mounted your spinner. I ordered a pair of these and intend to use 1 for the spinner gunna mount it forward on the ceiling between the waterpond and cabinet hopefully use 2 velcro straps aft for the handle. I was given a couple 1¹/²" spring clamps hopefully will mount on top of cabinet/ shelf drivers side rear to hold gekko tile handle

I did the same you did as well.. I first did 2 spring clamps like yours but quickly realized it was a pita to get the one closer to the middle of the van to latch on.. Then I did the pvc u clamp like your pic.. I also kind of played with the spring clamp to make it less tight..

The next thing I’ll do is do a small piece of pvc on the inside to help make it easier to slide the handle portion of the rake into the hole.. I’ve seen another person do it that way and it seems to be the smartest way..

Saiger liked these for hanging spinners and whatnot..

It appears that the rf38880 is an obsolete item no longer manufactured looking for it in other places

Yeah. They pop up on ebay every now and again. I’ll keep my eyes open for you.

Thanks, i got quote requests in for several websites someone gotta have a couple, i live in a rural community so ill try our local harware stores could be one settin on a shelf covered in dust

I know the feeling of limited supply on island.. Amazon is great if they'll ship it to me.. A lot of things you guys can get, it's not an option for me.. They won't even let me buy it unless I put in a 48 state address.. So I really have to hunt and get creative on some things..

It wouldn't be the same. you need the whole experience of the Damon Certification.
Still at this point You'll have a better chance of getting the keys to the shelby from me than those of Frankenstein, I've had the shelby for going on 18 years now. Frankenstein still has that "new monster smell" so it'll be awhile
