I would like to know what kind of finish you guys are going to apply that will protect the tile with 2 coats?

2 coats of finish will not hold up for crap on vct

Betco Best or Johnson Timesaver you only need 2-3 coats of finish, they are the equivalent of 2.But cost more money.
