learning curve depends on how "smart" you are meaning can you pick up on things related to "floors"

It’s really not brain surgery. Your best bet to learn is to sell some VCT work sub it out to someone and help with the process.

so yea look at your location, and thats how well the iicrc covers hard floor care...

Find someone who is expreienced and pay them good - $15-$20 an hour and have them do the job with you. This is what I did. Its pretty simple but takes time to master.
