I love how the wraps look.. the downside is that after 2-3 years the wrap can get Baked on and difficult to remove.. our last Wrap cost $3000 just to Remove!!!
It was Not replaced with a Wrap!

I think the engine compartment of the sprinter may not have proper ventalation and the hood gets too hot.

I have the same yellow van as you. It has the camera aswell. Whst year, how many miles on yours? I found a dhl manual in the rear door, after that they used it for medical supply delivery.

Sorry for the derail.

So, from what i know, you want to stick with 3m material. they are the easiest to remove

box trucks, of flat surfaces are ner 1/2 price as contoured surfaces, ie standard van

i believe i paid 2 k to have wrap my 12 foot box trucks and they include remove of old wrap that was on there 5 years

You can see the color fade of the older wrap, in the last picture. How long before it started fading?
Actually... It's just dirty :)

And that was the style of the background on this particular design...

Really no fading but has been on since January 2012

cool.

I was looking at a wrap to help keep nick and dings in the paint down and keep the salt off the van. would you say it works at doing that?

is your wrap 3m?

My new one is the good 3M wrap material...

It does a fair job of keeping the road rash off the van....some spots you can see some evidence of some pitting and rock chips, but really, it has done a dang good job of protecting it compared to some other vans we have had in the past.

Mark do you think your new window wrap sections would work on tinted windows?

I think so...you might actually go with a different level of see through for those....

I will check with my people tomorrow and see what they would recommend for this...
