I've mentioned before how hard it is to give work away.
So yesterday I get a call from Tonawanda, New York. "What kind of cleaning do you do?" He asked.
"Well, what kind of cleaning do you need?" I replied.
It turned out that this is a soldier just back from deployment in Trashcanistan, wanting to get his food truck cleaned so he can go back to work. He'd passed me on the highway up in Huntsville and took a shot in the dark. Why his phone is from New York is his business, hahahaha.
We settled on him driving 90 miles to my town and I'll do his truck for Cleaners Giving Back day. "Hey, call it a thank-you for sucking sand for a year!"
Man, you never know who is watching.
