Nice looking machine. I'm a little on a Briggs 23.5 but it will do it. I'd prefer a Honda myself. Great machine for residential, light commercial and tiles as well. Most cleaners don't need anything more powerful than that. Maintenance seems pretty simple. I would prefer a 100 gallon waste tank. That's what I have in my Astro Van with the old CDS and it sure comes in handy with larger or heavily soiled jobs. Will easily fit in a half ton van without the fresh tank.

If n I was younger and doing residential, I'd be interested in that. I'm not, so I'll keep hacking out the Matt way on a little smaller version and ride off into the sunset.
