Had a water loss and removed cove base. Can you simply glue the same cove base back on?

When flexed or bent it turns a lighter color. I wouldn't, just put back new.

Less than a dollar a foot and quart adhesive is about 8 dollars. Inside and outside corners about 1.50. each. buck fifty.

Depends on how cheap the place is that your working at...... I've put new, reused old, as long as it still looks new, good and didn't get damaged taking it off I'd reuse it.... An installer taught me to use caulk on the top of the cove/carpet base for a cleaner and finished look.... To each their own...
