anyone have any experience with Viper equipment.

Locally, a 17 inch 175 , maybe real cheap at an online auction.

Got a power flite 175/300 2 speed. a few years ago at one of these for $99.00 But, it was stolen a while back.

You just never know with these things sometimes they're pieces of s*** and parts are missing so you're really taking a chance.
Warehouse is overflowing with return the merchandise often it is not as advertised broken return not working stuff but often there are gems
