Here is a property we have been maintaining for past 3 years, this week we are doing a deep clean...all flooring wall to wall, vacuum all furniture , windows inside and out, power wash outside, clean light fixtures , vacuum shades, drapes, clean kitchen and bathrooms...

Power washing I imagine is a good few hours work. Plus you other time. $600 - $700
