viscose rug cleaning question

i cleaned 6 wool rugs for the customer and was inspection the last one and the tag said it was 100% viscose..the rug was really silky feeling so i didnt touch it..after doing some research i came up with pretty much nothing..
so, what is it and how do i clean it in the future or do i not..

The fiber is rayon. It has a tendency to bleed and brown, mat down, and the fibers can easily slip leaving you with lots of "cat pulls' after cleaning. It will be sensitive to water and agitation.

You should not clean this rug. Bryan listed some good reasons so I'll just add it is very difficult to reverse some of the things he said. If you have not cleaned them before, don't try to learn now. Also, it is not worth it as these rugs are not worth anything.

we wash them and most wash without any issues most problems happen when you add heat, excessive agitation or acid rinses
