I do them in the shop with a signed waiver. Viscose rugs are all over the map when it comes to results. I have some that clean up beautifully and others that distort at the very thought of getting it wet. We use cold water, a neutral pH prespray, sometimes soured to be a little acidic and a neutral pH rinse. I wouldn't think of doing one on the customers home.

We've cleaned some that turned out great, but always do an extensive pre-qualification with the customer. Never clean one on-site.

Hard to tell from a pic, but that one looks like a print. I wouldn't clean a printed one.
