Voltage Regulator Question

I need to replace my V.R. I have a 23 HP briggs & stratton. The old one doesnt say if it is a 16 amp or a 20 amp and I cant find the info online regarding my model number. The model number is 380447 type 0131-e1. I saw one at an ebay store for $54.00, but wanted to be sure I got the right one.

If its a Hydramaster TM. you can call customer service with the serial # on the frame and they will tell you.
