Richard DID read the post. That's why he stated his reply the way it is. An honest cleaner would have explained why he was going to use hwe, not given her the choice of dry vs wet. He obviously didn't give her enough info to make a wise decision. He had to lead her to the dry option without telling her that the urine would be left in the bottom of the carpet. Unless she's a total moron that encourages her mutt to piss on the carpet and doesn't care. And your other stupid statement saying the few here who use hwe. I bet it's 95 % or better. Now stfu.
