I wrote this a for a newsletter back in 2001...for your enjoyment.... (as such)

The season now past, tree has run dry,
Gifts put away brings a tear to my eye
The carpets need to be cleaned and cleaned really well
I wonder what caused the spot in the hall, why's it starting to smell?
That stain over there near the dinning room table,
that one is courtesy of sweet old Aunt Mable.
With spots too and fro... the big one is eggnog, thanks Uncle Joe!
We'd better call JB to clean up this mess.
It's good to know when they clean I always get their best.
From the moment that shining truck pulls into the drive,
the whole house seems to know and just springs alive!
When they walk out the door I'm glowing with glee,
'Cause I know the carpets look great and are as clean as can be!

The "prick"...was sitting in my office....and handed me the phone...!!!!!
I BOOKED the job...gave him one of my employees...to do the JOB...!!!!
