If they are home, My helen and I remind them if they have trouble removing blocks or tabs, give us a jingle and we will stop by next time we are in the area.(maybe 2-4 a year ask for this) We remind them of spots or spills , even their kids or neighbors we will love to help and till next time please remember we are just a phone call away...

How did you stumble on one of my "secrets"?

It works very well because, most of my clients leave with-in a few minutes of me getting there or they are not home and they leave a blank check.

Very few client anymore stay for the cleaning.

"are you completely satisfied?" if I get any neg feedback we address the issue. If not, thank them for the work and tell them to tell their friends about our services. I usually give them 3 or 4 business cards.

I will ring you tomorrow just to make sure that everything dries up ok..
then I tell them that where ever they found me, just to pass my name out and let the people know I came and did a great job.

When I call the next day, I remind them about it. And I always call.

I recently went out with a customer and should have left when we were picking up her antidepressants at Walgreens. She asked me out and decided that I wasn't good enough for her because I don't believe in god and I wasn't financially stable. Hmm, she lives in an apartment and is unemployed and I made 12k in June (not bragging by any means). She was a cougar to me anyways, 36. At least I got a good google review from her, for now anyways.
