Hey Les,

How many gallons will that Stainless waste tank hold before it shuts off? DO you have different options for a larger waste or Aux if needed ? and what size?

Thanks
Fred

That looks just swell Les. Nice looking welds and no paint to peel. I like the fact for safety concerns that the fuel line is not pressurized with a fuel pump from under the truck. If it springs a leak it just sucks air. Never had one leak but a plus none the less. Now we have to get the van ready by Tuesday.

Looks nice!

Are those 2.5" vac nipples?

Is there any kind of filter basket or bag? How do you get to it?
Thanks,
Steve

Only problem with a Roots 56 or similar, is you wouldn't notice any change in vacuum.....but it would allow runnig the blower slower, and having a lower pitch for the same CFM....oh an cost more...but...it's all about Marketing right?

500 cfm is 500 cfm.

Can these TM's be built for hard surface cleaning?

Tile cleaning w/ heat in the 1200-1800 range.

That would be a nice setup.

Would be nice to know.

Mikey have you tested your pail w/ a turbo w/out scrubbing the grout lines w/ a grout brush?

Letting the alki dwell for 20-30 mins, going over w/ the turbo.

That's what I was referring to as far as sustaining heat at 1200-1800psi.

LOL

It's not about being a grout hack, i scrub all my grout lines since I don't have a machine that can sustain heat at those psi's in order to make the job more efficient. The guys who have the CFI/Master's Touch/Powerclean units will clean grout at those psi's if it's not super dirty w/out needing to scrub the grout lines. Doesn't work in every situation, but it doesn't mean they're a hack either.

Every situation is diff, but our "super clean" homes that only need scrubbing by the major areas of high traffic won't need a hard bristle grout bush on every inch of grout.

If you think there won't be much of a difference using the pail c4 vs a TM w/ a cat5 pump, than i'm fine w/ that.

Thats a sweet unit Les.
Makes me want to keep trading up :)

The two boxes behind the pump,
one is a riser from the vac tank to the blower? I take it there is still no filter there?
The other is a mix tank for solution??
Is the heat from 4ht for this unit?

If you have 230+ heat avail. Why would you need 1200-1800 psi?

That's just a grout blow out waiting to happen.

There are some jobs I would be afraid to use over 800psi on, better to agitate, dwell and take your time with 800psi than risk blow out....and you'll prob. STILL get some blow out on the worst of them.

All Spinners I've ever seen use 05 02 jets, you don't really need more flow for tile work....concrete is a different animal.

Sweeeeeeeeet!
Does it really take 35 hrspwr to turn that machine?
In the pic that shows the rear I see what looks like a 2" port. What's that for? Forget it, I see in another post that its the relief valve.

In the world of the average cleaner, there are times when tile jobs come about that need to be able to be profitably cleaned on a limited budget. In those cases, the ability to clean them by dwell time and pressure rinse is of considerable importance. That being said, I have never had to go above 1200 psi to get the job done in those situations.

By the way Les, that is a much better looking unit than the fugly one Mikey has. Let me say that is a unit I could spend my money on.
