Waste of time?

I have a 4005 blower with duel ports. I want to run two vacuum hoses from it and use a Y to convert it to the main hose going into the house. I take it my local jon don probly doesnt carry this huh. Is this a proven idea to increase vacuum or just hype. I also am running a 1 1/2 hose should I upgrade to the 2".

It is worthwhile for me. Get a slick Y from GreenGlides or roll your own with parts from Lowe's.

Lose the 1.5" hose.

Jon-Don has a 2"Y, it's made by PMF just buy it, you won't regret it, just make sure you place it 50' from the truck to optimize it, having it 3' off the waste tank does very little.
And yes, lose the 1.5" whip hose.
