Hi got a call back on on a commercial glue down carpeting they over watered the plant and it has a brown water mark. I clean it and it looks great but it comes back when it dries. If I encap it will this fix it or what would you do/try.

Thanks,
Brad

May be better to pad/cap it instead if you have bonnets.

Poultice it- Grandma was right when she used a towel with weight on it. Capillary action causes everything to dry upwards. !gotcha!

Flush completely, dry off completely with grandma's towels and finish by spraying some encap on the area.

You should treat the area with a little Citric Acid or Rust Remover prior to cleaning too... A little shot of Snake Oil after HWE and forced drying makes a world of difference... Actually a little Releasit with a double shot of 40 volume misted on & padded off has worked well for me in the past... I'm curiousewhat Peroxellent or Hydrox would do for watermarks...I think I'll try them side by side next time I encounter a bad one...
