Looking for water proof or resistant gloves for work. Any of you guys use for the wet cold winters and fishing?

Not skying gloves. They’re too bulky for work of fishing.

neoprene if your hands are getting wet in winter
(rolling in snowy hoses)

they don't hold up tremendously well for work though .
and you'll go thru a couple/three pair a winter if at all busy
But you could stick your hands in a bucket of water on a 10 below day

wool gloves .
Bulky, but wool still insulates when wet

Fleece ..the next best thing to wool.
Less bulky

when I fished winter steelhead, I determined fleece was the best of all options .
and carried two pair...one I kept under my shirt against my chest to keep warn ...and rotated as necessary

for work, I determined the DeWalt lt wt* winter work gloves were the best all around option

fleece lined for some warmth, but still dexterous enough to work in and held up much better than neo for work

*note, they make a couple different kinds of winter work gloves, the heavy/bulkier insulated and the lt wt insulated
You can find them at Homley Depot
