Is there suppose to be another screw here in the hole?. leak might be coming from this area.

That looks like the pressure switch. There is a little diaphragm underneath that switch. It gets out of shape eventually and leaks. Especially if you run very hot water through it. You can buy pressure switches at Steambrite.

I'm going to apply "gasket maker caulk" around the leaks. Or use a different pump I have in my bone yard.

This is the second Mytee extractor I got from Magic Wand in Reno that had issues straight out of the box; Striking out 100% of the time.

Both customer support websites have failed to help me solve this issue.
