Water volume dropped significantly

I noticed my water flow was low so I ran it for 1 min and only got 2.5 gallons from a catpump rated at 5GPM.

I tested with the hose coming off the water pump and got 4.25 G

I found the whip hose I use to mix chemical was part of the problem so I eliminated that and now am getting 3 gallons

I changed hoses that go to and from the lil giant and no improvement

the loss seems to start at the pressure regulator manifold.

I am descaling now but doubt that will help with the flow.

Not sure if it is a problem with the pump itself being it is almost 20% low on output. Could this cause the flow to be worse from resistance as it goes through the manifold and other hoses?

Or more likely a clogged up somewhere or a failing unloader sending water back to the water box

Any suggestions on where to go next?

Check your QDs.
Was it a sudden loss at the wand you are concerned about?
I did not notice it suddenly. I had installed a used lil giant heater and it was never giving great heat unless I was cleaning a large area. I started to notice it gradually took longer and thought it was an issue with the heater. I realized the other day my water volume seemed low so I tested it from the pump and that is when I realized the problem. I tested each hose and found that my whip/filler hose was restricted so I eliminated that and also found that two of the check valves were bad so replaced them and I am getting more volume now and far better heat. I also bought a seal kit and am going to start with the pump to make sure I am getting the 5gpm then take apart the manifold and uploader to see if there is a clog or if the uploader needs seals or completely bad. Once I am getting full flow out of the regulater manifold I will test each hose and the heater to see if there are any other restrictions.

Thank you. Sorry for the late response. I did not notice a sudden loss at the wand I noticed at the machine when I was mixing chemical. I assume it was gradual because I did not notice it at the wand until I realized what was going on. I did check the QD's and hoses.
