WDR/ FDR, digital pictures, what are you doing with them?

We take tons of them and use to put them in their own folder and burn a CD and drop it in their file.

It has saved us a time or two having pictures to reference back.

It was a bigger hassle to try to keep organized so now we use Photo Shop Album and make a folder there. We back it to our server, sometimes on losses that have the potential for lawsuits (Builder or Plumber liability) we may print off hard copy and still burn a CD.

If you're taking them, what is you picture procedure?

We take a photo of the work order each day we take new pictures. We then take them back to the office and our office manager will upload them to a folder on our server. Each client gets a folder, and then we separate them by date as well. So very similar to your procedure,
