Website design...

Anyone ever heard of these people?



I like the way their sample website looks, but I'd really like to be able to just buy the design with an easy to use administrative backend to easily change pics, text, colors, etc., instead of hiring the design and then paying in perpetuity for hosting. I want to just use my own hosting service.

Add lots of real personal heartwarming info about you and your employees and make sure to get all your most notorious clients to give you written testimonials.

One of the internet gurus may want to respond on this, but I think if the content and site structure aren't unique it will affect you google results.

Content just needs to be used well...I think Google knows way too much.

Google doesn't want to see multiple pages on the same site with duplicate content. I do not think the template that is used has any ranking in Google unless they have found thousands of spam sites with the exact same template.

Google Loves Wordpress sites and Wordpress Blogs. They are simple for anyone that is familiar with a word processor to use.
