Website Keyword Ranking Software

What software are you using to track your web sites search engine results and page rank and which web page is showing up for targeted keywords? I want to go far beyond what my google analytics does.

A google search resulted in lots of monthly payment plan software options. If I have to pay for the software I want to own it. They seem to be mainly targeted to the SEO guy with 100 + clients.

most free versions have limitations and even the paid versions require update subscriptions ($$) because of the constant updates required..

I think traffic-travis is the exception but I haven't used it in a long time...........
