A good friend of mine provides a service that tracks just about every aspect of your website.
Where people came from (Search Engines etc), why (keywords), how long they stayed, what pages they clicked to, where the curser clicked on the page, the IP addres of every visitor, What links they clicked on and a whole lot more stuff we should all know about our website visitors.
I know there are some programs that do this, but Alex does reports to let you know what to change, what you are doing right, what you should and shouldn't do
All just so you can get more people to your site.
It's nice to have someone else do it (a real person), or you can also have him set you up for less money and he just lets you watch the stats and work it yourself.
It shows in real time what people are doing on your website.
