I did a small water extraction yesterday. I was leaning in to my wand a bit to draw water out and SNAP! I called them and they are shipping a new handle out today at no cost to me. I believe these plastic handles are manufactured by Westpak.

The wand has been great otherwise and I appreciate the good service.

is that like an ergo type wand???

Yes. It has a 2" tube that's too big to be comfortable working with all day. The plastic handle sticks above the tube and has the trigger attached to it. It's actually the same exact handle as comes on the RotoVac 360i. It is comfortable and works well but, as you can see, it's a little chinsey.
