What a crazy week

8:00 Am and we get a business that had a toilet tank crack and may have run all night. 2-floors and a basement. Ceiling tiles down everywhere on desks and furnishings, carpet and tile. We have 7-techs over there and two extraction trucks, the other a bagging up tiles and cleaning up the contents. Big mess!

We also had a small sewage job call in for after lunch for another crew to catch.

Its just been crazy and none of them are from rain.

I've been meaning to ask you,

Do all your techs know how to do tearouts?

Do you have any type of tearouts that only certain techs are better or perhaps you use someone else for the specialty situations?

Bill all our lead tech's know what they are doing but some do have more experience than others. I think the greenest lead has 8-years of water experience with us.

However If they have questions we are a phone call away and if necessary a supervisor can meet them on site and give them direction.
