What a night... Anyone else get bamboozled by a blizzard?

Absolutely nuts yesterday and last night. Foot of snow and 25-30 mph winds all night, with gusts up to 50.

Haven't made it out of the neighborhood yet. Lots of down branches everywhere, power lines, etc. Our power and cable lines got ripped away from the house by about a foot, dangling over our suv out front. Only a matter of time til some plow or garbage truck rips it completely off...

Thank goodness our client for today(large job) is a smart lady and rescheduled willingly.


Schools are canceled and the youngest son and I spent the entire morning shoveling. Now dads going to go get him a giant candy bar for helping! And his older bro who watched tv all morning gets to watch him eat it!

No blizzard but rescheduled 3 jobs for today. Roads are Crap today. Power keeps flickering. Been stuck on the couch but getting restless now.

Yep got 6 inches. They closed schools, even the university...but I'm considered essential staff.

Had to go in and make sure all our entrances were clear and salted.
Quiet day with no students on campus.

That wind was killer. It was 60 degrees here Saturday and a blizzard Sunday.

I know. I'm middle management, some already hate me. Most know I'm just passing it down but before they could get away with it.
