"Bag drag"

Slobs throw half full coffee, soft drink, and "snuff spit cups" into their office/work area trash can and then the bag leaks as its dragged over the carpet.

Salad dressing is the worst, panacake syrup is a close second, and then meat juices spilled from a hot platter of meat. Fat that is hot can sink in to the backing.

looked perfect when I left.

Dynachem Odor Attack (Oxidizer +Enzyme) will take care of all Three.

every time too, huh, Lar...
and never any wick backs no matter how poor a job a wand jockey does??

92.74% of wicking (not be confused with recurring spots) is simply due to not thoroughly flushing/rinsing all the way to base of fiber
(or in the case of CGD , not smearing the mess far enough and wide enough in your favorite snot slurry)

here's a tip that will help some of youinz that get more than one or two wick calls a year...
drop pennies on the baseball to basketball size spots 'n spills.
Then when they disappear with pre-spray dwell (good pre-sprays anyway) you'll know where to flush/rinse more thoroughly....

this really ain't rocket science kiddies .
Flush the crap out, and there ain't nothing to wick :hopeless:

"recurring" spots are a whole 'nother thing .
Deep spills that make it past backing and into pad WILL return in weeks or months if plenty traffic on them

Times they are a'changing . . . Larry.

We have spotting claws, and spray nozzles to flush better than ever before.

Chemistry has improved (pure enzymes) and gotten stronger than a couple of years ago.

The tech of course, still has to know what he is doing to get good results.
