Be alot easier to just find a distributor near you, they should know the basics.

Re: Quick Explanation if Possible

I commend you for just jumping right in with no experience what so ever with the truck mount.

With that said, Dude, You really need to take a class on this even if it is an informal one. This board will help I have no doubt but you reall need to know the basics.

I hope that you are not kidding but at the same time I hope that you are kidding. Most seems to be common sense.

Can't tell, but looking at the other pics, not sure if "B" is a water box or not.

Re: Quick Explanation if Possible

Yes, there are 2 of them. They take heat and use it to heat the water. The one in the picture is on the outlet of the blower. As the blower is running it creates heat. the exchanger captures that heat and uses it to heat the water. There should be one on the other side of the machine. This one has the engines exhaust running throught it and it heats the water even more. The one in the picture hangs off the side of the machine, the other one should be right behind the motor and it probably has a bunch of sensors and wires coming out of the top of it.

Have you cleaned your carpets yet? See how it works! That is the best way to figure it out. I never had any experience with truckmounts when i bought mine i just ran it and went from there. I bought new though so that eliminated alot of problems.

Re: Quick Explanation if Possible

wow.... so this unit was made as a production unit from a name brand manufacturer? I would swear it came out of TX.

Lester I was convinced you were a fake poster, this whole experience has been surreal. If you don't mind answering, where did you attend high school?

When you get that $139 wand, let us know what the Temperature gauge shows on the machine while you are pulling the trigger, just warm it up at maximum throttle for 2-3 mins. and pull the trigger for 60 seconds and report back. (I'm pretty sure that wand has 110 02 jets).

Lester, the circled area - that's your pressure adjustment for your solution line. Adjust it with the pump working and the trigger on.

if so will it show the pressure on the gauge...

Lester the solution line has to be hooked up to the wand and just shoot the wand on the ground. Make sure the water is hooked up and on or the water tank is full before you run the pressure line (trigger the wand).

gotcha... but before pulling trigger should i leave the valve adjuster where it is -or- close it all the way then open it back up slowly until i reach 300-400 psi...

Re: Quick Explanation if Possible

I would say close it just in case someone has it turned all the way on and you bust your valve on the wand.

Righty tighty, lefty loosey.

or is it the opposite, crap, now I gotta go look.
