Kinda gave up on it.
I've taken a bit of a turn in the company so it got lost in the mix.
Just on the back burner for now.

Im curious what kind of turn you talking about? Hope all is going well. Also what was that company that you go through for CC you were talking about a few months ago and is there a set up fee and what % do they take? Things are really picking up here.

Re: What are you doing differnent this year

The turn is just alot of business coming in and I am having to send some to other cleaners. Not killing myself doing it myself.

I think that company you are talking about is just a franchise house cleaning service that I hooked up with. They schedule jobs for me and they take a percentage.

I am now in the proccess of scheduling some jobs for them for the same deal just opposite.

Turns like this to generate more business.
I guess the main turn is just not doing all the physical stuff myself.

Propay is a good credit card company.
I run ccs right over the phone or on the internet.

Why pay $1000.00 or more for a terminal...the money comes no matter what.

the low in program is 60 bucks a year or so and then 3.5% of charge.
I think there is a 30cent charge for moving the money.
You have to move the money from Propay to your checking account once the cc goes through.

worst part is it takes a week to get the money to your checking unless you just use the debit card that Propay gives you...then its 3 or 4 days like any other cc processor.

If you have decent cash flow, this shouldn't be a problem.
If you need the money right now to put food on the table...don't take credit cards.

Oh,
and on the low end program you can only run like $5000.00 a month and no charge over $500.00 at one time.
There is no credit check to set up this program.

If you want to be able to take more money, you will have to run your credit like all the other cc processors.

I started prevaccing every job and Rotovaccing. I also quit advertsing except for the internet and dramatically reduced expenses. next year I'm not going to kill myself trying to work in people who need it done right away. I didn't go in business to rush through my day every day. If I miss a job or 2, so what. Also no more nights or weekends.
