That's the second time I notice you've been unable to view either a photo or video. What OS are you using? Do you have flash installed and enabled? Are you using an ad-blocker?

Chrome can be a bit finicky when it come to media. I prefer Chrome myself. There are some issues with Chrome that still need addressing.

You might want to install Firefox and see how that works for you. The media issues are usually limited to Chrome.

You might try updating your Chrome browser to the latest update, it appears to have solved this issue for a lot of users.

I was more concerned with the blue toilet bowl cleaner staining the grout. My son spilled some one time and it stained. Also, being a toilet cleaner, shouldn't it be acidic? I've seen Ka-boom eat grout before.

If you leave a puddle it will damage the tile. I have used it myself when in a pinch because I ran out of my regular acid. It's alway after the grout is wet and I flush it like any other acid.

If the floor was mopped with something alkaline (NON-AMMONIATED), following the acid treatment, that should neutralize the bowl cleaner residue.

Oops. I just checked online and I see that Lysol bowl cleaner contains bleach. DO NOT do a follow up mop with ammonia. However a non-amoniated alkaline product that has a high pH could be used to neutralize the acid.
