John, even if you didn't go out and work, how would you heat your food on "your" carpet cleaning machine? Friction? :)

A Protein Powder, Orange Juice and Banana smoothie with some Soy Milk added for good measure. No heating required. Same thing for lunch.

2 eggs w/a slab of cheddar between on wheat toast OR oatmeal. either will keep me going to 2:00p.m.

Fruit and a small bowl of the really unrefined oatmeal (I import mine from the Dominician republic and it is REALLY unrefined- chicken droppings and all.) with soy milk and Splenda. Not all that tasty but supposedly helps with the cholesterol.

PS Of course, last week at the Hilton I cut a wide swath through the breakfast buffet three mornings running. I have a thing for corned beef hash with fresh tomatoes on the side. However, when I saw the awesome amounts of food the seriously obese people (none of them board members) around me were consuming I sorta lost my appetite.

when i feel like cooking its fried taters, 2 eggs over easy, bacon and toast.

dang IB dont you know cheerios help with colesterol these days

I'm sure it's a good warming thing. But to actually cook food yeah right. :mrgreen:
